Start with the inquiry form. Tell us when the party is, your venue if you have one, and who is coming. i read every inquiry myself and i’ll be back to you within 48 hours to set up a call. A proposal follows, and once you book, we build your planning calendar and get going.

Full Planning means we’re with you from the beginning to the last song, in partnership. Partial Planning is the same team with a lighter touch: you manage the budget, design, and vendor communication, and we step in for the big decisions and the final stretch. Month-of Coordination is for couples who have planned it: we step in sixty days out and run the wedding day.

Packages range from $2,500 – $10,000, with the average couple spending $7,000 on full planning.

The earlier the better, since summer and fall dates go first. For any package, we recommend reaching out 12 to 24 months before your wedding. Closer than that? Send an inquiry anyway and we’ll let you know if your date is open.

Mostly, but we love a party! Micro weddings and full wedding weekends are our specialty, and we’ve also planned golf tournaments, nonprofit events, and corporate parties.

Not at all. We work with the vendors you’ve already booked, introduce you to our people for anything still open, and coordinate everyone from there.

A venue coordinator works for the venue. We work for you. They make sure the space is ready and the venue’s rules are followed. We handle your timeline, your vendors, your details, your family, and everything that isn’t the venue’s job.
